You can find a template in a magazine ~ just cut out a baby foot from an advertisement. If you have a toddler you could even trace their foot. Once you have the foot you want to use, simply draw around it on a piece of heavy duty poster board. This will serve as your template. Then choose the paper you want to use for your invitations and cut around your template footprint. You can embellish these invitations with stickers, or even just sparkly pens. Just remember, a little goes a long way.

When it comes to making baby footprint invitations there are a lot of options to choose from. You are limited only by your creativity. Here are 4 great ideas for ways you can make a baby footprint invitation.

one that wraps the pool, the most basic will have enough room to walk around the far side of the pool. It will have a deck area large enough to put a chair or two. And will have a protective fence so you can't fall off and also to keep out trespassers. It attaches to the pool and can be fully customized. If you have bigger plans you may want to consult someone who specializes in above ground pool deck designs. They will be able to help you save money where you might not otherwise see it.

1. Tell us a bit about your background? I’m the partnerships manager, which means I look after our relationships with local businesses and sponsors.2. What’s your favourite thing to do in Brixton? I’ve lived her for a while now and this answer changes weekly, but at the moment I love hot yoga classes at Fierce Grace, after which I stagger down the road to Lucy’ Juices for a pick me up. As I expect most people who live here say, Brixton Market is a favourite spot – Fish Wings and Tings is an institution and Dave from Market Row wines will always find you a great bottle. Oh, and Three Eight Four on Coldharbour Lane does the best cocktails I can find.3. What’s your interpretation of this years’ theme ‘Kaleidoscopes’? I’ve been working with a lot of local businesses this year and the theme has been very meaningful for a lot of people, as it represents the mash-up of old and new that Brixton is currently experiencing.4. What book(s) are you currently reading? What’s it about? A few! Currently switching, depending on my mood, between Tim Jackson’s Prosperity without Growth (he has a great TED talk by the way) and Michael Ondaatje’s The English Patient, which is a favourite of my dad’s, so he’s chuffed I am finally reading it.5. What’s your favourite TED talk? An all time great and one that I always pass on to others is Jackson Katz – Violence Against Women: It’s a Men’s Issue. Heavy title I know, but just a genius argument and one that never fails to spark debate.

An incredible amount of work goes into creating a TEDx experience and TEDxBrixton is no exception. With this years’ theme being so full of colour shape, it was down to our Executive Producer and Stage Designer to visualise and create a kaleidoscopic atmosphere that works seamlessly with the iconic TED brand. From the staging and venue design to the way finding and external branding, every detail was uniquely crafted by this talented team whose knowledge of events and design ensure TEDxBrixton 2015 leaves a lasting and impactful legacy.

1. Tell us a bit about your background? I’m a freelance events manager working across a variety of community and commercial projects in and around London including music festivals, experiential productions and corporate events. I’m also our Executive Producer responsible for leading all production and planning on the event day.

1. Tell us a bit about your background? I’m TEDxBrixton’s Project Manager. I spend most of my time getting everyone together, keeping everyone communicating and looking at how 2. everything fits together, big picture. As we’re a team of very busy volunteers who can’t always meet in person, I do my best to make sure everyone knows what’s going on around the team and everyone has lots of support.3. What’s your favourite thing to do in Brixton? I love exploring little, undiscovered bits of Brixton. Wondering around the little roads and alleys and taking in the sights, sounds and colours. I’m always stumbling upon awesome new spots such as Bookmongers book shop recently, now a firm favourite second hand book shop! One of my favourite things to do after a TEDx Brixton meeting is grab some lunch and sit in Windrush Square and watch the world go by.4. What’s your interpretation of this years’ theme ‘Kaleidoscopes’? To me, Kaleidoscope is about changing perceptions. You can look at the same thing from a number of different angles and get a new perspective, each as interesting, unique and beautiful as the last.5. What book(s) are you currently reading? What’s it about? As part of my book club (Rebel Book Club in London) I’m reading Doing Good Better by William Macaskill. Only just started it but it promises to be challenging book about making a difference in the world.6. What’s your favourite TED talk? So hard to pick just one! One of the shortest, most powerful talks I’ve seen recently is Drew Dudley – Leading with Lollipops. Such a great talk for showing us the impact we can have in the world.7. What’s your highlight from last year’s event? So many highlights, in particular Judy Claybourne’s talk stood out to me as fascinating, touching and eye opening.

Tell us a bit about your background? I’m a researcher and news writer for a legal magazine. I also write music and pursue other business ventures in my spare time. For TEDxBrixton, I write the blog/online content.image1What’s your favourite thing to do in Brixton? I’m not from Brixton but when I’m in the area, I buy music from the local music stores and there are loads of great places to eat which is awesome. What’s your interpretation of this year’s theme ‘Kaleidoscopes’? Multifaceted people with interchanging experiences. What book(s) are you currently reading? What’s it about? I am currently reading ‘US’ by David Nicholls. It’s a funny, sad and tender tale of man trying to save his marriage. It details a thoughts, emotions, highs, lows, failures and disappointments of the journey of marriage and family life and includes brilliant observations about life, art and culture. What’s your favourite TED talk? I have a few faves but ‘Own your body’s Data’ by Talithia Williams was the very first TED talk I watched and I was hooked from then. It really opened my eyes about getting to really know the body that I’ve been living in all this time!
